Last Time I checked, it was legal for an ambulance driver to run a red light when he was on a call and used his lights and siren.  Well, not the case in Oklahoma, where hot headed, rule crazy Highway Patrolman not only stop ambulance drivers on emergency calls, but choke them for "resisting arrest".  It's as though these patrolmen think THEY themselves are the law, not peace officers, or even balanced, measured professionals enforcing laws.  Clearly they have no adult perspective whatsoever.  Watch this youtube clip.
