The globalist 'cabal' abandoned a coming ice age in the 1970s (a point personally discussed with Strobe Talbott, under whose leadership Time Magazine published articles drumming up fear of a global ice age as a pretext for global governance... he is now beating the drums of global warming for the same pretext).  Now, we all see the big foundations, think tanks, governments, and political-scientists calling for "global action" to combat "global warming". 

But the backlash, though unreported in much of the media, is growing.
