In recent polls, it is becoming clear that millions of Americans will refuse to take the swine flu vaccine, but as plans to make the vaccine mandatory by law, the polls also reveal that despite the belief that the vaccines are more dangerous than catching a flu bug, many more people will take the vaccine anyway. This Harvard University study reveals that roughly as many Americans are not certain they will take the vaccine as those that are certain. But 60% of that group will change their mind if people are getting sick around them. Fox News began a poll in August that shows roughly 50% of those polled feel the vaccine is more dangerous than the flu. Of course, they have good reason for concern, the CDC admits that toxic mercury is contained in the vaccines, although they feel the levels of mercury are safe. But research done by the National Autism Association and the University of Calgary disagree.
